  五、内容简介:

  Unlike reliability planning, events considered in resilience management possess two unique features: 1) high impact with low probability of occurrence; 2) catastrophic failures resulted from cascading faults. Energy system like power grid designed based on traditional N-1 redundant criterion is longer adequate to withstand extreme weather events and malicious attacks. This talk presents a basic framework for planning resilient energy supply system via the integration of distributed power resources, such as wind turbines and solar panels. We focus on three aspects of resilience management: prevention, survivability, and recovery. We strive to achieve two objectives. First, enhancing the network survivability when network links are damaged or disconnected post disastrous weather. Second, accelerating the recovery of damaged network through pro-active maintenance and repair program. Finally, we also highlight the new research directions with the emergence of Internet of Things, big data analytics and machine learning.
