  This talk describes present understanding of plasma surface interactions for tailoring thin film optical characteristics and application in various thin film deposition processes.

  Dr. Yongqing Fu is an Associate Professor in University of Northumbria at Newcastle, UK He has extensive experience in advanced film materials, biomedical micro devices, chip labs, etc. He has published about 300 SCI publications.

  This presentation provides a brief review on the advanced shape memory technology with a focus on polymeric materials as well as the potential applications of the ASMT.

  Dr. Weimin Huang is currently an Associate Professor (tenured) at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. With over 20 years of experience on various shape memory materials, he has published over 170 papers in journal.

  主 题:Pulsed Laser Deposition of Core/shell Nanowire Arrays for Enhanced UV/Visible Photodetector Applications

  主讲人:Weilie Zhou(美国新奥尔良大学主任、教授)

  I will first focus on nanosensor fabrication based on 3D nanoarchitectures and gas ionization chemical sensor based on fine ZnO nanorod arrays. In addition, the self-powered 3D chemical sensors will also be presented.

  主讲人简介:

  Dr. Weilie Zhou is currently a Professor  in the University of New Orleans. His research interests include nanostructures, functional materials, sensors, and advanced electron microscopic analysis. He has published more than 140 SCI papers in journals, 2 books, 6 book chapters.
