  移动社会网络中欧国际研讨会基于我校通信与信息工程学院承担的欧盟第七研发框架计划(FP7)项目——“移动社会网络中计算与组网的跨层分析与设计”相关研究成果,针对移动社会网络技术领域当前研究热点问题进行深入探讨与成果分享。具体安排如下,欢迎师生们参加!

  六、交流内容

  1. A fundamental performance measure of MSN is the delay that a message experiences from the sender to the receiver(s), based on which, various other performance aspects of MSN, such as how many users a (multicast) message may reach after a certain delay, can be further analyzed. Surprisingly, there is little literature work on this. In this talk, a newly developed queueing theory, (Stochastic) Network Calculus, is first introduced. Several examples of applying this theory for delay analysis of various types of communication networks are then provided. In the end, a preliminary idea about how to possibly apply Network Calculus to delay analysis of MSN will be discussed.

  2. 万维网的核心技术机制是1992年提出的URL(Universal Resource Locator,URL)。URL是万维网资源实现统一标识和访问的关键,其通过域名解析(DNS解析)获得资源的物理位置(IP地址)从而实现资源访问。URL将互联网时代带入信息共享时代,但由于URL只标明内容位置而无法反映内容本身,且其本质上是一种一维字符串,尚缺乏对空间、时间和语言等三个维度的支持,因而在新闻汇聚、新闻处理与舆论引导三大能力方面有明显缺陷。据此,我们提出基于统一内容标识(Universal Content Label,UCL)的新闻编码,基于该新闻编码构建舆论引导的新格局。

  七、主讲人简介

  1. Dr. Yuming Jiang has been a full Professor with NTNU - Norwegian University of Science and Technology, Norway, since 2005. He received his BSc degree from Peking University and PhD degree from the National University of Singapore. From 2001 to 2003, he worked with the Institute for Infocomm Research (I2R), Singapore. In 2009.08 - 2010.07 and in 2015.08 - 2016.07, he visited Northwestern University and Columbia University, USA, respectively. He served as TPC member for numerous international conferences and was organizer of several IEEE/IFIP flagship conferences, such as Co-Chair of IEEE Globecom 2005-General Conference Symposium, TPC Co-Chair of 67th IEEE Vehicular Technology Conference (VTC) 2008, and General Chair of IFIP Networking 2014 Conference. In addition to “Stochastic Network Calculus”, the first book in the area, he has published more than 120 papers in internationally referred journals and conference proceedings, including 8 CCF Rank A and 12 CCF Rank B journal papers and one single-authored ACM SIGCOMM paper. His research interests are the provision, analysis, and management of quality of service guarantees in communication networks, with a particular focus on (stochastic) network calculus and its applications.

  2. 尹浩,清华大学信息技术研究院教授、博导,江苏省未来网络创新研究院副院长,中国未来网络产业创新联盟秘书长;曾任纳斯达克上市公司ChinaCache首席科学家,“媒体与网络技术”教育部-微软重点实验室副主任。先后入选国家“万人计划”科技创新领军人才,国家百千万人才工程、科技部中青年科技创新领军人才和教育部新世纪优秀人才计划,2012年获首批国家自然基金委优秀青年基金资助。主要从事计算机网络与网络大数据方向研究,发表学术论文100余篇,获得授权发明专利近20项,多项成果被纳入行业标准,2012年作为第一完成人完成的“面向海量用户的新型视频分发网络”获国家技术发明二等奖,2011年作为第四完成人完成的“计算机网络资源管理的随机模型与性能优化”获国家自然科学二等奖。
