  为搭建我校博士后之间的学术交流平台,促进学术水平提升,学校博士后管理办公室组织开展博士后学术沙龙活动。本次沙龙由我校博士后Hadi Heidari、汪晨和李发明分享其研究成果,诚挚邀请感兴趣的师生参加。

  五、活动安排:

  报告一:

  1、主题:Magnetic Sensing Microsystems: Present and Future

  2、主讲人:Dr. Hadi Heidari

  3、主讲人简介:

  Hadi Heidari is a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in the School of Engineering at the University of Glasgow. Prior to this position, he worked as a Post-Doctoral Researcher in the Bendable Electronics and Sensing Technologies (BEST) group at the Electronic and Nanoscale Engineering Division. He received BSEE and MSEE degrees in 2005 and 2008, respectively. Following 3-years working in industry and academia in Iran, he completed his Ph.D. in Microelectronics under the direction of Prof. Franco Maloberti from the University of Pavia, Italy. During PhD, he worked on Integrated CMOS Sensory Microsystems.

  Dr. Heidari is public engagement chair of the IEEE Sensors 2017. He served as social media chair of the IEEE SENSORS 2016 conference, local organizing committee of the IEEE PRIME 2015, and organizer of a special session on the IEEE ISCAS 2016 and 2017. He is a member of the IEEE Circuits and Systems Society and a committee member of the IEEE Sensors Council UK & Ireland Chapter. He has authored over 35 peer-reviewed publications in international journals or conference proceedings and acts as a reviewer for several journals and conferences. He received honorary mention paper award at the IEEE ISCAS 2014, Gold Leaf award at IEEE PRIME 2014, and co-recipient of the ISSCC 2016 Silk Road Award. He was a visiting scholar with the University of Macau, China, and McGill University, Canada.

  1、主题:Novel Physics in Disordered Two-dimensional Electron Gases in Magnetic Fields with Spin-orbit Interaction

  2、主讲人: 汪晨  微电子与固体电子学院博士后 

  3、主讲人简介:

  C. Wang received the Bachelor degree from Wuhan University and Ph.D. degree from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, in 2011 and 2016, respectively. He currently works as a Postdoctoral Fellow in the School of Microelectronics and Solid-state Electronics of UESTC. Dr. Wang is working in the field of theoretical condensed matter physics. His main research interests include spintronics; metal-insulator transitions and quantum Hall effect; quantum phase transition and critical phenomena; nonlinear magnon transport in superlattice and quantum wires.

  1、主题:Crystal growth and microstructure modulation of light absorption layer in perovskite solar cell

  2、主讲人: 李发明 微电子与固体电子学院博士后 

  3、主讲人简介:

  Faming Li received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. from China West Normal University and Northwest Normal University, in 2010 and 2013, respectively. He received his Ph.D. from Nanjing University in 2016. He currently works as a Postdoctoral Fellow in the School of Microelectronics and Solid-state Electronics of UESTC. His research is concerned with advanced functional micro/nano-structured photoelectric transformation materials and their solar photon conversion applications in the field of clean and renewable energy. His current research interest is perovskite solar cells.
