  摘 要:

Technologicaladvancements in flexible and stretchable electronics based on inorganicsemiconductor materials have been rapidly increasing ever since theintroduction of unconventional techniques to transfer flexible thin film formatmaterials and components on foreign substrates. The new techniques have openednew opportunities for a myriad number of fields that could not have beenpossible with conventional rigid electronic devices. Such techniques have givenrise to advancements in applications ranging from wearable and implantableelectronics for clinical uses to biodegradable electronics for environmentallysafe, consumer electronics. In this talk, I will present individual componentsthat are required to form the fast (microwave) flexible and stretchableelectronics. The focus will be on the active devices and then the passivedevices that are suitable for such purposes and discuss the suitable materialsand design considerations that must be satisfied in order to form variousfunctional circuits that operate in the very high frequency regime.
