　　为加强我校各学科之间的学术交流，搭建教师学术交流平台，促进教师学术水平提升和跨学科合作，教师发展中心开展跨学科学术沙龙活动。

　　本次活动教师发展中心特别邀请了莫斯科国立大学Alexander Livshin教授，与我校师生共同探讨当前经济危机下的俄罗斯非营利组织和慈善事业的发展现状。具体安排如下，欢迎感兴趣的教师和博士生参加。

　　七、交流内容：

　　Currently Russia is going through one of the most severe economic crises’ since the collapse of the USSR and the beginning of its transition to the market economy.  Initially the crisis had a major impact on the nonprofit sector and philanthropy, resulting in downsizing of funds donated and raised and the decrease of activity at all levels.  However in 2016 the third sector is demonstrating the signs of a modest recovery. The survey results indicate that in 2016 the negative dynamics in the philanthropic sector was less obvious as compared with 2015. Most companies have left the portfolio of charitable projects unaltered in 2016. The sector of corporate philanthropy looks more stable and sustainable as compared with 2014 and 2015, although the signs of crisis are still quite visible.  In general the patterns of philanthropic behavior of individual citizens in Russia haven’t experienced any major impact – 64% of individual donors haven’t reduced the amounts of donations after the breakout of the economic crisis.

　　Alexander Livshin教授，莫斯科国立大学公共管理学院主管国际合作与交流副院长。自1987年起，在莫斯科国立大学从事教学科研工作，先后任助理教授、副教授和正教授（2007年起)。曾在美国雪城大学马克斯韦尔公民与公共事务学院、法国巴黎政治学院、美国杨百翰大学肯尼迪国际研究中心和宾夕法尼亚州立大学担任客座教授，并于2012-2014年担任俄罗斯联邦政府“人才储备管理和培训”项目俄罗斯海外公务员高管教育课程项目主管，于2006-至今任俄罗斯联邦卫生与社会发展部专家顾问，负责莫斯科G8劳工部长会议。主要研究方向为：第三部门，慈善事业，20世纪社会史。
